Colorado Ski Trip

We recently visited my brother Randy and family near Denver. This was our third year in a row getting spoiled at their home and at their amazing ski resorts. This year we spent one day at Breckenridge and two days at Vail. Vail has become our favorite resort. We had one cold day at Breckenridge which got down to -40 degrees at the top with wind chill. Our remaining two days at Vail were the best weather days we could ask for. The snow was perfect and perfectly groomed. It was great skiing and snowboarding with our group of five. Randy (my brother), Jarom (my nephew), Leslie, Kevin and I.
In the evening, we were again spoiled by Jane and family with amazing dinners, playing games, telling stories and laughing at the days pictures and video footage. This was another great trip building memories, and we are looking forward to our next trip there. This is a video of our time spent there. The pictures just don't do it justice. Jordan spent the days with aunt Jane and cousin Melissa and Bryson enjoying all the local sites and spending time with younger cousins. He had a blast and wants to move there right now.

You are right of course, no one cares but those of us who were there. Jane went to Vail with me the other day and she noticed the difference between snowboarders and skiers: "skiing is a rich man's sport". Anyone can (and does) snowboard. Funny.
